Former Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks Baseball ace Joe Todd has joined Premier Baseball as a pitching instructor. Todd will offer lessons at The EDGE beginning on January 16, 2022.
In 29 appearances for the Jacks, Todd pitched 155 innings, striking out 97 while giving up 94 earned runs for a 5.43 career ERA. His opponents recorded a .287 batting average against Todd. Key games for Todd were in 2020 against Southern Illinois Edwardsville when he struck out 9 and gave up 4 hits, and again in 2021 against Central Arkansas when he pitched a complete game and grabbed the win.
